LoopWave provides a proxy subscription service. When you use our service, we collect a limited amount of information necessary to operate your account and process payments. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Email address — used to identify your account and send service notifications.
- Payment transaction ID (TXID) — the on-chain identifier of your USDT payment, used to verify and credit your subscription.
- IP address — recorded in standard server logs for security and abuse prevention.
We do not collect your browsing history, traffic contents, or any data passing through the proxy tunnel.
How we use your data
- Account authentication — verify that you are the owner of your account.
- Payment verification — match your TXID to confirm a valid subscription payment.
- Service operation — deliver subscription links and configuration to your account.
- Security — detect and block abuse or unauthorized access.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond operating this service.
Data retention
Your account data is retained for the duration your account remains active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations.
Third-party processors
We use the following third parties to operate the service:
- Global Edge Providers — network infrastructure, DDoS protection, and multi-path routing. Traffic passes through encrypted edge POPs.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (account notifications, subscription confirmations).
- TronGrid — TRON blockchain API used to verify USDT TRC20 payments on-chain.
Each processor operates under its own privacy policy. We select processors that provide reasonable data protection guarantees.
Cookies & tracking
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking scripts.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
