Service description
LoopWave provides proxy subscription plans billed by time period (monthly, quarterly, or annually). A subscription grants access to our proxy nodes for the duration of the active plan. Service is delivered digitally upon payment confirmation.
Acceptable use
You may use LoopWave only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:
- Conduct any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Distribute malware, run botnets, or conduct network attacks.
- Engage in unauthorized access to third-party systems.
- Generate, distribute, or store child sexual abuse material.
- Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam).
We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities without prior notice and without refund.
Payment
All subscriptions are paid in USDT on the TRC20 network. Payment is considered confirmed once the transaction reaches sufficient on-chain confirmations and is matched to your account.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital subscription services once access has been granted.
If a payment is not confirmed within 24 hours due to network delays or incorrect amounts, contact support with your transaction ID.
Account rules
- One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent limits.
- Account credentials are personal and must not be shared with others.
- Subscription links and configuration files are for your personal use only.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Service availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Node quality and availability may vary depending on network conditions, upstream providers, and regional routing. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service.
We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, slow connections, or regional blocks beyond our control.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated these terms. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds. You may close your account by contacting support.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the email address on your account.
